My main dealer service agreement had ended so very happy to return to SA for my car services. Booked in car for brakes investigation following Richmond Group frightener on recent MOT that replacement discs would shortly be necessary, even though only 16K miles on clock in 5 years! SA reassured me that disc wear normal and whilst they would check at future servicing of car they reckoned that there was sufficient wear for another 16K miles. Around 450 of unnecessary expenditure saved from quote provided by Richmond Group. Great to reacquaint with SA again today - always found them to be honest, professional people who have gained my trust. Best wishes to Rhiannon and her team!
