Excellent quality of product; simple and straightforward to use (if it's your first time using a store like this, the owner will be more than happy to help you!); a brilliant range of dried fruits, nuts, seeds, cereals, grains, pulses, baking goods, herbs and spices and many more lovely eco-friendly products, many of which are locally sourced. We are also very impressed with the refillable washing up liquid, body wash and laundry liquid and haven't used anything else since our first purchase. It's so good to have this kind of shop in our local town; it helps reduce our plastic footprint and our carbon footprint!

Refill It is a lovely store. I’ve only had the pleasure of visiting it once. However, today I received my 2nd delivery. The products were very nicely packaged & they were all fresh & great value. I look forward to shopping with them again.

Such a cute shop. Lovely reclaimed shelving, ethical products and no plastic in sight(apart from the dispensers and scoop bins lol!) Prices all seem reasonable, and some are less than I expected which was a bonus!
I really like the choice in this shop, not just the eco-friendly products, but also the ingredients. I made my first Christmas cake with their kit and it was eaten before the end of October! It's handy for ingredients you only need for one recipe, as you can buy as little as you need, which saves on waste, as does using your own containers. I have used the shampoo, conditioner and handwash - all good quality and value for money. Good for the pocket as well as the environment. The staff are very helpful and friendly too.
My first trip to refill-it today, and I was super impressed. Really trying to reduce my plastic usage and this is truly a zero waste shop. I’m so happy that I have this store so close to home.
