I carelessly damaged the alarm cable entering my house as l removed an old telephone wire, the alarm sounded and a switched the system off and contacted Swat Security and spoke to Gareth. Being pensioners l thought about rejoining the cable and eliminating the need for a call out charge, Gareth was extremely helpful and gave me confidence to attempt the repair. Once this was complete the key pad advised an engineers reset was required, again l contacted Gareth and he went through several processes to eliminate the service light and save me the call out charge. How refreshing to find a business prepared to help people without thinking about making ‘a fast buck’. Definitely with a five star rating. Thank you fo your help. Regards, Cliff Smithson
