I have been dealing with these guys for over 20 years. They’ve always done right by me, and take care of my issues. This time my dishwasher wasn’t working, wasn’t draining all the way. Evan was the technician that came, and he diagnosed the problem very quickly. He didn’t have the part in his truck, but had the part back at the shop. Said he would be back first thing in the morning and he was. Change the part and everything is working great. Not only did I find Evan knowledgeable, he was also very polite. Hard to find workers like this nowadays. So happy this shop is in my neighborhood.

called in early June (around the 4th), My dishwasher was displaying an error message. I was told that due to COVID I would have to wait about 10 days for a visit (understandable). The technician (Evan, the owner's son) stated there was a slowly leaking valve. He did not have the part and it would have to be ordered. It was a Saturday. I was told an appointment could not be made till the part arrived. The part arrived the following Wednesday, and I was given an appointment for another 10 days. Evan arrived and told us the wrong part was ordered. I was told an appointment could not be made till the correct part arrived. It did 2 days later. I was given an appointment for yet another 10 days. I pointed out to the manager that is was due to an error on their part. She stated, extremely rudely throughout the coversation, it was not HER fault (DUHHH) and I would have to wait again (about 7-8 days). Even arrived and replaced the valve. The next day loading the dishwasher I found a part at the bottom of the dishwasher. (not a valve). After a few days another technician came and could not figure out what the part was. The next morning the same error that initially appeared again. I called a different repair service, who came in 2 days (JS Appliance in Miller Place) The technician for 2 non-functioning other parts AND a part that had been broken, that was glued back together. The cost of the repair made the dishwasher economically unfeasible to repair. It took 2 months to get to this point!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
T HG ey gave parts for most appliance and they also provide home plunbing and heating services. . .
Thank you, All-Tech Services, for going far above and beyond to get the job done! My family has been an All-Tech customer for the past 4 years. We were always happy with their knowledgeable and friendly service but recently they surpassed our already high expectations. It was Thanksgiving weekend 2018. We had family visiting and when I turned on the upstairs thermostat for heat nothing happened. The bedroom upstairs was getting cold fast so I called All-Tech. They promptly sent a technician to help my family. The first technician that arrived worked diligently to solve the problem but my heating unit did not respond to all the standard fixes. Just my luck, I had 'the needle in a haystack' heating problem. All-Tech then sent a superstar team of highly experienced technicians to find a solution. They logically eliminated many possible causes of my heating problem and even replaced some parts. They would not give up! Seriously, they embraced the challenge and we knew they would find a solution. At 4:30 pm our confidence was rewarded. They came upstairs and showed us a horribly worn out piece of the heating unit that had broken. This was a very unusual piece that caused the problem. It prevented heat from rising to the second-floor. We were elated that they had solved the problem! I wanted to share our story because the 'Dream Team' at All-Tech went far above and beyond to help my family and we are grateful and warm thanks to them! We have the peace of mind and confidence that whatever we encounter in the future All-Tech will 'have our back' and will get the job done! Thank you to the caring and knowledgeable professionals at All-Tech, Marty
Worst service. Stay away. They just try to suck money out of you. Unfortunately I scheduled service with this guys and initially they estimate of 600 for water leakage from hvac and before agreeing to that I specifically asked apart from whatever the problems you described everything else working fine. The guy said YES I CHECKED EVERYTHING AND LOOKS GOOD. After an hour the guy called and said problem is not fixed and sent me another estimate of 2500 and said there is something else wrong now. My house was built in 2015 and this guy said my hvac is installed in 2010 . After I stressed how will hvac can be installed if my house is built in 2015 they said will call me back with updated details. After some time got a call and they said hvac is not installed in 2010 as they said before but in 2014. With that update I got another estimate of 1700. After paying that amount they might come up with a new estimate with around 5000 God only knows. Do yourself a favor. Stay as far away as possible from these money suckers.
