I have been going to Verdisco for 9 months now and love this place. When I first started I was physically unhealthy from an inactive lifestyle. Since going to Verdisco I have felt better about myself and feel my quality of life has gone up. I have gained some muscle, energy, and my posture has noticeably improved. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are a pleasure to work with and I look forward to going every week.

My name is Carl Siciliano and I underwent Gastric Sleeve Surgery in October 2019 and have lost 230 pounds. With my weight loss, NYBG recommended JP Verdisco , which I am very happy with. I never exercised in my life and Verdisco has shown me how important strength and cardio exercise is. I always look forward to my sessions and how my body has changed with there help and support. The staff is phenomenal - James, Jason, Ernesto, Jack and Linda. KUDOS! These guys put the FUN IN EXERCISE!!

I came upon Verdisco after suffering from a torn meniscus. I tried PT for a few months and while they were great - I was looking for a program that treated my injury more holistically. I have belonged to gyms, done PT, had a personal trainer and nothing is better that the program at Verdisco. The exercise physiologists (specifically Jay) have a vast array of knowledge to treat not just your injury but to work all your muscle groups so that they can work together for your body to heal and to become stronger. They assess what you can do and build you up each week to do more and more than even you think your body can do. I cannot recommend this place more highly. The staff is professional, kind, courteous and they even make it fun! I realize that as I get older - this is a program that I need to make getting older not so bad.
