My husband and I purchased our first home in December, and one of our first projects was to rip up the old carpet in our upstairs and put down wood flooring. We never expected how difficult it would be to find a company that we were comfortable with doing the job. We interviewed multiple flooring companies and received a number of estimates, but each company we met with left us more nervous than when we first started. Finally, after our 4th flooring company came and went, we were referred to First Class Flooring. We immediately knew that this was going to work for us because of their follow-up, professionalism, and general knowledge about the job we wanted done. The price was right for us, so we decided to move ahead with having hard wood oak floors laid down. The job was broken into two separate segments; first to lay the floor, and second to sand and stain. Each job consisted of two different two man crews, both of which worked fast, hard, and very clean. The job was also overseen on multiple occasions by Chris Orlando, the owner of First Class Flooring and the person who originally gave us a quote. Because I was concerned over choosing the right color for my house, Chris also went as far as to come to my home the morning of our final day to discuss my staining options and to ensure that I picked the right one. Rebecca, the person who handles the scheduling and coordination for First Class, even gave my husband and I both a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Our floors are now done, and they have completely changed the landscape of our home. My husband and I could not be happier and highly recommend First Class Flooring to anyone that has the same concerns that we did. Chris, Rebecca, and the rest of their team will put your minds at ease and make sure the floors in your home are as beautiful as ours. Thank you, First Class!
