Not a good experience at all. I was a new patient, but wouldn't go back after this experience. I would also not recommend them. I Was in excruciating pain, so I went in for consult last week. Regular dentist couldn't perform extractions so scheduled emergency extraction for bottom teeth 19 & 20 with oral surgeon for today. Showed up for appt, was in the dentist's chair, signed off on quote for extraction of teeth 19&20 and they even applied lidocaine for the injection. Then, they tell me there was a mistake with my appointment, the oral surgeon isn't there, and there is nothing they can do. I am in so much pain, but they can't schedule me for over a week. To top it off, then initially tried to blame me saying I was scheduled to have different teeth extracted. I have a paper with a breakdown of cost and appt date/time for extraction of 19&20. I signed the quote/liability form for the extraction when I was sitting in the chair, and they even applied the lidocaine prior to the injection to remove 19&20 (bottom molars) Anyone who has had severe tooth pain knows how bad it can be. Mistakes happen, but none of the office staff would accept any responsibility. Their response was \I didn't make the appt\. Instead, they blame the patient, and force me in a position where I have no choice but to endure the pain, and wait weeks before anything can be done. Other option they gave me was \Go to the hospital if your in that much pain\. All in all, a horrible experience. If you look at the hundreds of reviews I have written, I rarely if ever give a bad review. That shows exactly how unhappy I am to take this much time to write out my experience. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Professional staff, was comfortable being seen by the Dr's and PA's. The front staff (receptionist and ect.) where also helpful and courteous.

Went there for cleaning. KRIS was super nice!!! He helped and gentle. Other places aren't as gentle. He took his time and made sure it was done properly.

Absolutely LOVE this office and the staff! Upgraded my insurance just so i could stay here! Dr. Daniels is patient and explains everything in detail. The dental assistants are knowledgeable and even the front desk is very compassionate!!

Great Expressions Dental Center is a wonderful dental office. It was my first time there and right from the beginning I felt good with the place. All the staff are very nice. The office is clean and modern with modern equipment. They explained everything they were doing and made me feel very comfortable. My mom is in need of a good dental office so I'm going to tell about Great Expressions. I recommend this location for your dental needs.
