Careful what you order. I ordered a guitar, amp, and wires- only to get an email the day after: claiming I canceled my own order. I did not. After calling customer service: I was told despite promoting the guitar on their site, and in store- they did not actually have it, so they canceled my order. I asked if they could find it elsewhere and they never got back to me. Hopefully I will get my money back for it. Apparently they sell items they don't even have. Pretty shady for what is supppsed to be a first hand instument store.....

A large selection in most categories of musical instruments. Service is vague but when you do get someone to help they are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra bit. Happy with my purchase, look for sale items to save.

Nice clean store. Friendly staff. Decent stock. Hard to give it 5 stars after going to the monster guitar center store in commack. I would definitely recommend a visit.

The one salesman that sits by the door called me 'Bud' at least twice. The other salesman that was working the floor and the register called me 'Pal' about five times. I was only there for a few minutes to make a purchase, but my skin was crawling by the time I left . I'm not your bud. I'm not your pal. I probably won't go back to your store because if I do, I'm going to have to educate your employees on how NOT to address me and I don't need that type of stress in my life.

I got there at about 1pm. Eventhough they were short handed ( a staff person went home not feeling well) I only had to wait about 5 minutes to do my shopping. Once in, I felt comfortable since it was myself and two or three other shoppers. I got what I needed and got my own "help" by using the Guitar center app so I did not have to bother the already over taxed staff. But they were available to answer ALL of my questions at ANY time. Also, I'm was seeing ALOT more of everything. From effects to guitars to recording equipment. I heard them mention that Saturday is the best day to bring in used equipment to sell.
