Called JD garage doors for a new electric motor to be installed on our door(we never had one) he made a recommendation on the type of lift and came out the next day to install the unit and the whole process took less than an hour. When he was done he went over all the work he did in detail and explained how the door and keypads worked. He even added wd-40 to the slings and hinges of my door as he said that they needed it. Highly recommended.
JD Garage Doors provided excellent service. The springs on my garage door broke. They were able to come out the same day that I called and the technician did an amazing job. These are the type of people you want to make a repair. They are professional, reasonably priced and honest. I have already referred them to other friends.
JD Gargage Doors installed a garage door on my home in December of 2020. Joe the owner notified me the Chamberlain opener he installed was missing the wall control so he installed a Liftmaster wall control temporarily and scheduled an appointment for the following week to come back and change out the wall controller, while the door worked it didn’t function with all the features that the correct wall controller has. Since up to that point he had been responsive and done everything he said he would I made the mistake of paying him in full. Two postponed appointments, and two no show appointments later it’s clear Joe has no intention of doing the right thing. Do yourself a huge favor and use one of the many other garage door companies out there, unless you’re looking for a part time job chasing this guy if you need something after he’s been paid.
Beyond satisfied from start to finish. From the initial call to having JD Garage Doors over for an estimate we had our new door installed on the same day we decided todo it. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. The finished product is more than we were hoping for. Highly recommend them!
