The bread was so soft and delicious. The sandwiches were the best I've ever has from any Panera. And my bowl was perfect and warm the way its supposed to be. I've never been more pleased with this Panera location. Other locations seriously need to take an example from you guys.

3 stars for now because I'm a rewards member and a usual customer. However, I purchased a hot tea as part of my meal yesterday 17NOV20. As I walked to my table the sleeve around my cup broke causing me to squeeze the cup as the reinforcement collapsed. This has caused me to have 1st degree burns on both my wrists. I told one of the people in the kitchen and his immediate response was to offer a free bakery item. I told him no, and then he said we will have to write an incident report. The manager I'm assuming asked for my name and took it down. She said that someone should contact me most likely the next day. No one has. Not even an apology from from the manager.
super great of a place to go for super nice food but my only problem is was the prices since i am a teen i can not afford to pay 8-9 dollars for something i can get almost anywhere for cheaper but besides that the food is phenomenal
Delicious breakfast & bakery I ordered a Cinnamon Crunch bagel with the walnut spread and it was delicious!! And fresh!
This food is always so good. This one even has a drive thru.
