I love going to this Planet Fitness. Even with every other machine being blocked to help maintain social distancing, there are always machines available. It's never too crowded, always clean, and the staff is very nice. Can't ask for anything more in a gym.

I just joined this gym within the last week and have visited several times. I am by no means an expert when it comes to working out, but they have a great selection of machines to work out each part of your body along with the basic cardio machines. There are diagrams on each machine showing you how to properly use it which has been very helpful for me. I also LOVE how they are open 24 hours. This gives me an opportunity to avoid crowds and go as early/late as I’d like and that’s exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for a gym. The two employees I’ve met at the desk have been extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Love this gym. Staff is friendly and courteous. Definitely guilt free. All ages shapes and sizes. Just wish staff would routinely round as some members are not wearing mask properly when others are around. Staff should monitor for this and correct member. If you cannot work out with a mask properly placed on your face then you should stay home. I get very uncomfortable when someone is near with their make below their nose or under the chin.

I witnessed staff enforcing masks.....finally. So I changed my rating to more positive. They lose 1 star for not enough variation in machines. But overall its a good gym

Back in March I went in to have my account frozen and I made a point of making sure it would not reactivate until I took action to do so. When they reopened they began withdrawing from my account again without my consent and when I went in they refused to refund me and apologized that I was "misinformed" when really their management lied to me and then proceeded to steal from my account. "We didn't think it would last this long" is not an acceptable excuse for stealing from people in the middle of a pandemic.
