Poor quality. Looked out my door to see a bouquet of flowers in the wind and rain on the patio. Brought them in...most were dead and the rest died as I was placing them in water. The so-called card was a ripped piece of white paper with half a message. Waiting for our refund. Will post a picture if no refund within 3 days to show the VERY POOR quality. OH...they were wrapped in waxed paper from the grocery store. Not worth 75. Would like to give a ZERO.

This was the florist responsible for the delivery for my order from Fromyouflowers that i sent to my gf. I ordered a premium bouquet of flowers (and what arrived was really a stretch to be called premium) and a box of chocolates and a mylar "I love you" balloon. They forgot the chocolates and the balloon and instead of making it right and making sure my gf got the rest of the order that day they simply refunded me for the missing item which is the least they could do. Really kills the magic of a special day when i have to ask my gf wheres the rest of the order and she says that was it and i have to tell her there was supposed to be more. The card message was also in a very sorry state. Dirty, crumpled with big holes in it. The print was very far off center from the image it was clearly supposed to be printed on and by very far i mean its only half in it. Instead of signing my name from or love, Michael they simply placed it at the end and broke my name in half with an entire line between the Mi and chael. Will not be doing business again with fromyouflowers or this florist.

Got roses delivered to me, the roses were dying, the message, that was supposed to be on a card, was on a piece of paper that wasn't even aligned on the correctly, so the words looked off, he paid for a certain vase that he didn't get, It was just very tacky and unprofessional, then my husband calls to complain, this was for our anniversary, and they claim they can't find his information, it was so bad he wanted a refund and told them they can have their flowers back...STAY AWAY UPDATE: I was so disgusted by the flowers and the price he paid we went to the store, the woman was very nice I will say that and she gave me a brand new bouquet that were very pretty, with the right vase, she blamed all the miscommunication and the high price on the third party website they use, so if you do go here I would suggest ordering from them directly, maybe they have a rotten batch of flowers for that particular site too because third party or not it still didn't justify getting half dead flowers.
