Don Draper

Don’t bother dropping off packages here on a Saturday. Why? Because they won’t send it out until Monday evening. This happens every single time I drop a package off on a Saturday morning, right after they’ve opened for the day. Try other UPS stores who’ll manage to get your package on the next truck out. Plus this UPS store isn’t open on Sundays. You’re better off spending a little more gas to head to a further UPS that’s not in Selden. And please don’t mistake my review for customer service. Everyone who works here are the nicest of people. You’ll be in and out with the quickness too. I’m just disappointed in their scheduling for pickups.

Well, that was a first — I was charged a buck because I needed a little tape to close my box. It’s not like I’m cheap or anything; it’s just rather annoying being nickled and dimed for everything nowadays. Did UPS really need my dollar to keep the business afloat? Jeez.
