We have been so happy with our experiences at T-steps. It's obvious our children are very loved there. My daughter talks nonstop about her day every time we pick her up, and she's all songs and giggles when she's talking. We love how involved the owner is with caring for our children and I love the activities she finds to present to the kids. It's a great place to send your children if you need quality care and a friendly, home like setting.

I am so happy to have found Toddler Steps and at only 11 months old you can see the joy on my daughter's face when she goes to Ms. Jackie!! I love Ms. Jackie, she has made this difficult transition so easy for us. As a first time mom you search and search and you want nothing but the best for your child and it was worth visiting Toddler Steps. I trusted my gutt feeling and I knew Ms. Jackie would be a great provider for my sweet daughter. I love their curriculum! Their establishment is welcoming and their staff is attentive. Thank you so much for giving us the peace of mind that me and family need everyday. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Toddler Steps and yes their rates are extremely reasonable!!

My daughter has been enrolled with Toddler steps for eight months when I started a new job near the area. This was the first time I was ever leaving my child under the care of anyone other than myself and hubby. The owner and operator of Toddler Steps is phenomenal and has done nothing but ease my mind from the get-go. She offers incredibly competitive pricing based on Long Island region ( the most competitive I came across)and as a result she does ask that interested parents come see the facility before discussing rates ---which is not uncommon of group family daycare's. On the very few occasions that I have had concerns- they were addressed and met with explanation and or resolution without dispute of any type from any of the establishments team. My daughter absolutely adores her caretakers and friends. The policies may sometimes seem strict but this is a business and they are in place for a reason. Also- any licensed daycare is legally obligated to carry out all of the same policies. Toddler Steps has proven to me that they value my daughters safety and well being by having such policies. I would recommend this facility to any any all moms and dads looking for a colorful, safe & fun learning environment for their little! Every child gets the attention they need as a result of the caretaker to child ratios and its truly just a great place!!!
My son is 39 months old and a fulltime kid in Toddler Steps for 15 months since I moved in Long Island last year. He met his best friend in here. He likes going to Toddler Steps and meeting his friends. Staffs are great. The policies may seem strict but I like this point. I have never been concerend about safety issues. I recommend Toddler Steps to any parents looking for a safe and warm daycare like a home.
