I have known Nico through google search for self defense martial art for several month. Nico truly passion of teaching his JKD martial arts. His not only expertise in realistic, effective and practical self-defense but also know how to apply physical fitness training for students during the warm up drill! You can feel your whole body is burning and sweating the training was extreme crazy definitely result in some short-term weight loss!
