My partner and I were in a pickle with furniture, that we needed moved there and then. Found this company randomly online, and boy was I so lucky! The lady who picked up the phone was lovely and informative, then I got passed on to Richard, who laid out the cost and then proceeded to give me advice on where was best to drop it, the tip vs charity shop, so there would be no hidden costs. The gentleman who has turned up with the van, has helped so much. Helping us carry the stuff into the van, and then recommending which dump was the best to go to. Just an overall amazing experience, amazing customer service and such friendly helpful people. Thank you!
