If you are ever indeed of a good company to help you move or store your items it has to be Prime city Storage & cargo packaging llc.They helped me out a lot when I was desperate to put my stuff in a storage due to some circumstances , they are 24 hours . Amazing team. A month later they came and put the stuff back in my place and arranged everything . prices are great. Probably the cheapest in the market. Highly recommended.
Would not recommend this removal company at all. They insisted that they had someone who was a specialist in dismantling a pool table (which we had to pay extra for). When they were dismantling the item I questioned the team asking why they were pulling it a part into so many small small pieces. This is not how it was even installed. They completely broke our pool table. When they came to install it at our new villa, it was a complete disaster. It was wonky, the pockets were falling out, nothing like the condition we had it in. When we questioned Hassan he told us that it was not their problem and there would be no financial compensation for their mistake, they wouldn’t even come and collect it. Extremely infuriating dealing with these guys. Would not recommend if you have valuable items, as sadly they do not no what they are doing at all, but claim they do to take your money. AVOID
I had a great experience with one of the staff members from Prime city storage Mr Shoaib Hassan. He actually listened to my requirements and gave me a tailored solution to my case, instead of just giving me a standard rate card quote that could’ve cost me more money ! I really appreciated this personal touch to go the extra mile.

I rented a unit between March and December 2018 to store household items, clothing, and other items I only needed on occasion. In November my belongings were fine. However, in December I went to the unit to grab my camping gear before heading on 3.5 weeks of holiday. I found all my belongings covered in rat/ mouse feces. Not just a few droppings, but all the top boxes were covered in a layer. The manager later admitted that they had let the contract with their pest exterminator expire the previous month, leaving a long enough lapse in time between spraying and replenishing the traps for a pack of rats to have a month long party in my unit. I was flying out on vacation the next day, so I was not able to change storage companies until I returned. When I said I would not pay for the final month due to how poorly they cared for my stuff, they refused to let me move out my belongings until I made payment. The owner did not even have the decency to speak to me directly, instead only communicating through the site manager. Prime city storage cannot be trusted with taking care of your belongings. Do not do business with them.
