I'm actually in awe of how lovely this association is. Going through a tough time, as a lot of people are when contacting them, but I felt so supported and cared for, a lot of worry and fear was gone. The lady I spoke with, Jackie, could not have been more kind, understanding, thoughtful and supportive. I cannot thank her enough. I would give 10 stars if I could

We got an old flat, they promised us to repair the floor, replace the old bathroom and the old heaters\ immediately\ with new ones. the gas installation not exist at all, it is two years now and nothing of this done, we paying 80 weekly for using those heaters, while our two kids getting sick and catching cold, other customers just moved in and got everything done. Even my wife's midwife sent special letter to SBHA but no fast and positive reaction has been made

The plumber was supposed to come but no show I had to phone and was told that he will be there in 2 days and just got up water all over the place my lron is now broken because the plumber pulled the shelf out and broken the waste pipe to the sink so from a 1 minute job to haveing to salt this out SO I WILL BE TALKING TO MP AND I HOPE THAT ALL THAT ARE GOING TRO SAME THING PLEASE DO THE SAME SBHA JUST DON'T CARE OR LISTEN
