When in for a recall on my radio. They were prompt and I felt very safe (Covid) as I waited. They also came out to tell me that I was due for an oil change and offered to do it on the spot. It didn’t really take much longer and they also found me a 5 off coupon! Very happy with my service and customer service!
Great customer service, especially Sheila, she helped me with entire process, had all documentation ready for me when I arrived Chris helped us understand coverages, and Jake took us on a nice test drive. Love my Subaru. Definitely recommend A&T Subaru, it was worth my 45 minute drive, especially since the customer service in the Lehigh Valley dealerships was definitely lacking.
