I got the 3 for 10.00, the queso was extra charge but it was great to eat out again. The employees were very nice and helpful.

With most restaurants in the area needing staff, this was the case at this location tonight. They were very busy but you could tell that staff was tight. Our server, Conan, most definitely made up for that. He was consistent throughout and provided great service! His sense of humor and personality totally made up for the wait we experienced at the beginning. Thanks for turning our dining experience around, Conan! We'll be back to see them again. May be our new Chili's location.
The servers and staff here make the place. So friendly and helpful. They all made sure our experience was as pleasant as possible given the current situation. Great deal with the 2 for 25- selection is good. Their fajitas are consistently good. I also like the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. Still my favorite chips and salsa around.
My wife and I went to eat here, and their service was horrible. We ordered our plates, but it was a different waitress who brought mine out and to the wrong table. She set the plate down on that table behind us. The lady on that table was coughing quite a bit and without a mask. She realized it wasn't her plate and then brought it to our table, set it down and took off. I flagged a waitress and told her what had happened, and also told her to bring the menu, since I didn't want them to bring the same plate back. After about 3 or so minutes they brought my wife's plate, And, by another different waitress who was working on the other side of the restaurant. The fajita plate was incomplete, it was missing the avocadoe, cheese, tortillas, and other condiments. We waited another 5 minutes, no condiments, or Menu yet. We just walked out. We'll never go here again.
One of my favorite restaurants. Even if I’m traveling they always meet up to my expectations. Nice and friendly staff.
So we decided to eat at Chili’s in the forum today....we pulled up and went inside....there was typical Chili’s atmosphere people at the bar, people in the dining room and nobody at the front to seat people. We stood at the front and watched employee after employee talk to and assist everyone but myself and my friend. So after about 5-10 minutes of waiting we decided to leave and take out appetites elsewhere. I do not wish to hear anymore excuses from business about why they cannot seem to operate efficiently, I mean how hard is it to speak to customers and let them know someone will be right with them...I am guessing if you can chew gum and walk at the same time....then walking and talking should not be on our list of don’ts. It was not even worth bringing it up to a manager, because there was not one in sight. Customer Service seems to have lost its way, but I am sure it will start magically appearing once businesses start going under and Chili’s is no exception.
We always order curbside and staff Jayden is always fast and friendly with our take out. We look forward to always coming back to this location.
Don't usually eat at this location...I almost always get the sirloin at the Broadway location and I love it! But when I got it here, not so great it's love thru didn't season anything. Host was rude and after we got our meals, never saw our server again. I had to actually get up and look for her so I can get a refill. Never going back, sticking to the Broadway location.
