Food is pretty decent most the time, rate it 4 star. Occasionally the food comes out and you can tell the ingredients/wings were old/sitting around too long. The service is a 2 star. Generally really slow even with barely any customers there. The worst thing about it though is they charge a dollar for every small sample of flavor you want to try. Food is decent, service not so much.
New manager has really turned this place around. Good service and better food quality. Keep up the good work. I'll definitely be back.
This was an amazing date night for my wife and I we did not have the kids we were debating on where to go . After this visit I am NEVER going to wingstop or buffalo wild wings. The flavors here are amazing and the staff is awesome. Hands down best place to unwind and relax . Try it you will not regret
I had been to this location on numerous prior occasions and love your wings. I even signed up to receive email coupons. On this particular day my wife and I stopped in for lunch. I wanted to use that day's email coupon (which doesn't have a print option). I was told that they would only accept printed coupons. I had to plead my case with the manager and show him the email. He eventually relented but informed me that he was unaware of an email coupon program. I then ordered wings with a magma heat level, which is what I usually order. I'm not sure if there was a mix-up in the kitchen but the wings were so hot I could only eat a few. I was in misery for over 30 minutes. I eat spicy food all the time and have multiple hot sauces at home. This wasn't the magma heat level that I had eaten previously. By then I was so disappointed in my experience that I just paid the bill and left. I'm not sure if I will return or recommend this to friends.
This place use to be my favorite spot to come with my family since the day they first opened. Ever since the first manager left this place has gone downhill. After my last experience, i will never go back. The place is under staff and the quality of food is poor.
I do like the place, wings are good, the bartenders are awesome and I've had no issues with any servers. What kills the place is the manager. Went to the watch the NCAA Championship game and at around halftime, they were closing and getting people out. I would understand if I was the only one at the bar, but there was about nine of us.
Great food and great environment! This restaurant has a huge selection of foods and drinks with a family friendly atmosphere!! I love it here
