Three people behind the counter and only one checking people out. Takes five seconds to pick up a package but have to wait for someone shipping multiple items that need packaged. Finally give them my id and she asks for my tracking number when my name and address match the name and address on the box she’s holding. Sorry but you do not need my tracking number. The package is very obviously mine. Practices are not based on common sense or convenience.

Alfonso at the Selma location was amazing! I brought in 12 packages that needed to be shipped to 12 different addresses. He helped me find the best packaging and beat way to ship. My team has started to receive their packages today (a day earlier than I thought) AND ITS MAKING THEIR DAY! This remote working stuff is hard on everyone, and he helped me make sure my team felt special!
