I've been eating at this restaurant since it opened. The good quality of food and service was consistent until 2020. I don't know what happened, other than Corona interfering with business. Service speed is now terrible. The quality of food has dropped. Everytime I order something, it is given to me wrong or something is missed. I don't know if the people working are understaffed, underpaid, and are over worked, but has messed up and now I prefer McDonald's over Jack's.
