My kids went here for some much needed haircuts. They looked amazing! But when I heard how much the total was, I was so confused. I made their appointments online, just a basic haircut for a 12 year old and 15 year old. It should have been 35 plus the tip, according to the website I made the appointments on. It was 57. They asked my kids if they wanted their hair washed, instead of their dad (the one that took them) and they charged for that and the other uncounted for amount was completely my husband's fault for not knowing how old our 12 year old is....they did fix the issue when my husband called and asked about the charges. I think they should not be asking kids if they want any extra services, since they aren't the ones paying. That's why I'm taking one Star off. But overall, they did great on their haircuts and righting the wrong.

Dude.... I've been driving by this place every time I went to the Forum and never went in. I finally took the plunge because I was getting my oil changed at the NTB place and they told me I had an hour wait. I walked over there to Knockouts and it's a really nice place. As soon as you go in, there's a menu up on the wall with prices so you know what you're getting into. They offer you a cold one while you wait. The wait wasn't too long with nice eye candy. My stylist was very friendly and cute. I got the Heavyweight option and it was amazing. A nice neck shave, massage, and a great cut for 30 bucks. Was totally worth it. I'm already recommending this place to all my friends and family. If you've been on the fence about trying this place, DO IT! JUST DO IT!
Always one of my favorite places, and not for the reasons most my friends say. Yes, scantily clad women is a bonus, but every time I have gotten a haircut here, they have never let me down. They do it all. Ear wax. Nose hair wax. Beard trim. Whiskey on Wednesdays. Beer every day. It’s an experience, but every stylist is good at what you need: a haircut.
It had been six months since my last haircut. The young lady that attended me took a considerable amount of time using the clippers to cut my hair. In the end the result was less than desired and I believe the haircut came out uneven. I only realized this once I got home and washed out the gel in my hair. Regardless of what time of day you go, a business owner should have well trained employees to provide excellent haircuts and service. Unfortunately this was not my experience and would not recommend you go to this location moving forward and you have several choices in the Forum.
Made my appointment online, came in early and Veronica took me early. This is the 4th time I've been here. The first time I came here I had no appointment, there was no line and they helped me right away, 10 minutes before that I had walked out of the other haircutter across the street and they had a line out the door. Knockouts is way better than great clips or other places. The gals here told me those places are where people go when they are still learning. Knockouts has experienced hair stylists, and they know what they are doing not only with head hair but also beards and mustaches. My haircut and beard trim always come out great, and yes they have free beer too
My go to location for hair care. The staff is well informed and know what they are doing. Plus the free beer. Win win.
One of the best places for a haircut in the San Antonio area! The staff are super friendly. I've had greats cuts by Raquel, Sandra, Andrea and Veronica! Definitely recommend this place!
Been a regular here for several years now. This isn't one of those places where everytime you go there's a different person there. Andrea is great.
