This location ALWAYS has the nicest staff. early in the mornings, late just before close. It does not matter. always friendly and courteous. Would recommend to friends, family and strangers alike. Will definitely be back!

I dont know what the problem was today but 2 cars in front if us and the wait was 15 min after we placed our orders. The barista that took our payment was pleasant but super slow. I guess it really did not help very much that she chatted with car in front of us for yes 10 minutes and they only ordered 1 drink. Maybe they were training people today but service was super slow. We get up to the window only one drink was made we waited, and waited and waited. They get good reviews so I am giving 4 stars because the barista was friendly.

Nice place, clean bathroom. Good sitting area outside for social distance when you need to have a small meeting. The baristas are very knowledgeable and super friendly.
Difficult to find parking in the area. I love the layout of this starbucks. They have everything you need and a few extras. The staff here are friendly and very fast.
I ordered a drink from this store via Uber Eats and one of the Starbucks employees drew cute little strawberries, hearts and stars on my cup with my name all cute in cursive on the side and went as far to write an encouraging note on receipt paper wishing me an amazing day. I really needed that today. Thank you to whoever you are!!!!
Not one of my regular Starbucks because of the usual congestion due to its location, but my orders are always correct
Being from Cali, it’s sad to say I have a high standard for Starbucks. As of late I’ve been to multiple Starbucks around San Antonio including the ones on Lackland AFB, and have been severely disappointed......Thank god there is a Dunkin around the corner from my house.
