We had SEM Power install our solar panel array in 2013. The installation process was smooth, rapid, and transparent. As of January 2021, the array has continuously provided our home with power for 8 years. Generally speaking, we pay nothing more than the service connection fee. However, there have been a few months where we have family stay an extended period of time during the summer which caused our bill to rise slightly during the high demand months. Over the last 8 years, SEM Power technicians have sporadically been out to maintain the system. The technicians have always been friendly and on-time. I highly recommend SEM Power as the go-to solar installer for any of my friends and family!

I have had this service for three years, and indeed the cost-savings potential already paid for itself. Although we went through a few rough patches, Deana and Diony were able to iron out the kinks promptly!, and I couldn't be any more delighted of their service. I have had the opportunity to interact with the personnel of SEM Power regarding some equipment issues with my solar panel system and found their response to be professional on a personal and technical level. They went the extra mile to assure me that I understood the nature of the issues and their satisfactory resolution of same. I am quite satisfied with their continue willingness and efforts to make sure that their system is performing as advertised to my satisfaction.
After doing extensive research and getting 3 bids, . I decided to go with SEM power for my new solar system with Tesla Powerwall battery back up, and could not have been happier. The whole process was smooth. Jody always answered my calls and all of my questions( and I had a bunch) in a timely manner. Richard helped me get through meter swap out with FPL, which was way easier than I thought. The install crew knocked it out quickly, and the electrical work is super clean. I would absolutely recommend SEM. By the way, power bill has been 9 a month which is FPL's charge for being hooked to the grid, for the first 3 months,.Plus no power outages. Thrilled with the system SEM put together for me. Thanks to everyone.
The customer service at SEM Power was a phenominal experience. I could tell that they really cared about what the best solar system for me would be rather than getting caught up in the cost and dates to make the installation. Their installation process was careful and professional, and I knew exaclty what to expect and what I was investing in so there was no uncertainties. I have no doubt that SEM Power is the best solar company in Florida from the professional and personable experience I had with them. I am very concerned about the environment, but I was always concerned about the cost of solar systems. However, I have been saving more money on energy than ever before! AND I have even more energy than before thanks to SEM Power's battery operationed solar systems that help store extra energy. I highly reccomend SEM Power to anyone in Florida!
