I’ve been here for 2yrs now and I can see the improvements. Staff and maintenance are reliable and responsive in a timely fashion. With the pandemic, I’ve seen the buildings have been marked with social distancing tape and flyers along with complimentary hand sanitizer in various places in the lobby. I appreciate the staff listening to concerns and glad to see the improvements because it is a great location and I love my PH apartment and my view!

Good place to live for family. Apartments are quite spacious. Friendly staff. Free parking. Walkable metro connection. Close by to most of the most of the convenient stores.

ALL THE APARTMENTS HAVE MOUSES AND ROACHES AND THE MANGER IS THE BIGGEST LYER IN THEM SPEND EXTRA 100 OR 200 AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND AVOID ALL THE HEADACHE THAT YOU GONNA GET FROM HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT I HAVE A WHOLE FAMILY OF MOUSES IN MY APARTMENT don’t waist your money or you time this place is the worst in the DMV starting from there staff and their customer service ending with the ppl that lives there The parking space are so tight and if you love you car and trying to take care of it forgot about it because everybody there gonna open their door and hit your car for sure they don’t care about your car or their car and they will never give you a guest parking because they always gone and they will be laughing and tell ooh sleep in the car that way they won’t tow it. How unprofessional the hall ways always smells like weed and you apartment will smell like that too because there is no installation you can hear everyone walking above you or in the hall way and don’t forget in the middle of the night in the weekends someone will try to open your door or kick your door hard and run because they are drunk or something. There is no fans on the bathrooms or the kitchen if you cooking something for the next 3 hours you apartment will smell like it and if your neighbor is cooking you will know what’s he cooking if they are fighting you can clearly hear everything they saying. Update the person that they mentioned to reach for is the MANGER HIM SELF SO YOU CAN SEE THAT YOU WILL BE SWERVING AROUND IN A CIRCLE CONTACTING THE Corporate office is the same they will call him and tell him to deal with it and I’m not Anonymous I was leaving in apartment 1222 east building
