Very bad experience. Doctor is not consulting within a time and take more hours. Doctor is not consulting properly with patients

Dr Alka Sen is good but management very rude and not cooperative. Waiting time is very long. First you fix you appointment and submit fee 10 to 5 pm then again you come with patient. and If you pay online they charges Rs 500 but if you pay cash they charges Rs 350.

Doctor is good but the staff is not good as I am trying to get number but no one is picking up the call I am trying from last 1 hour . Whenever you call in the morning they never pick u r call. One time he receive the call but immediately he cut the call. Worst front desk executive..

Very bad experience. Dr. Aloka Sen hardly gives time to the patient and does not explain things properly because of which I suffered. Even nurses are too rude. Very professional.
