泉本店限定の牛タン焼と和牛ホホステーキ定食を極みに変更でいただきました。 牛タンは厚くて噛むほどに味が感じられ美味しかったです。ホホはステーキとはちょっと違いますね。薄切りで焼いた感じになっていて、脂よりもコラーゲン感が強かったです。 サイドメニューもいろいろ気になりましたので、また訪問したいと思います。
