My hair was like a superb canine-munch so called “layering” by the hairstylist Apple. She couldnt even cut a fringe well, not to say the totally horrible disastrous hair, no style is not the worse to describe. Let my photo speaks the nightmare. She kept increasing the treatment price, I asked her how long she been working here she said not long, she made me feel like she increased the price in purpose. Anyway, I don’t care about the price if the hair was cut even just a bit decent, the overall experience was bad as she kept switching cold n warm water when washing my hair, blowed the hair too near to my scalp when talking to her colleague. I would request a total refund for this kind of terrible experience

Please think twice before you go!!!! If I could rate anything BELOW One star I would do that. Definitely NOT recommending this salon. The treatment that the lady introduced to me was not being explained well, she just kept mentioning about the promotion rather than the result after using the products. It’s my bad that I decided to tried the scalp treatment - Scrub, Ampoules & Treatment. RM180 including blow cut (I didn’t cut my hair as I just cut it weeks ago. Thanks to that as I just saw a review that their hair stylist is bad in cutting hair). The treatment didn’t really make my hair as volume as I thought, and the guy who did the whole treatment treated my head as if it was made of metal. I felt so painful that I have to remind him to be more gentle. Seriously, it hurts and pain! Then during the steaming treatment, he did not even tie and wear the cover nicely on me, he just simply put in tighten it, not adjusting at all. I have to readjust myself. Then when they blow my hair (both the lady who introduced the package and the guy), they were chit chatting over about who owes who money and who should pay who RM8.... then the lady just simply blow my hair made my hair look so FLAT!! They don’t even use the comb to at least give me a nice blown hair! I’ve paid for it though. The whole process is a disaster to me!!!
It was a big mistake not to read the reviews before I came here and now my hair is ruined! For a few extra Ringgit, the unprofessional staff did not advise me that a chemical treatment would put a toll on my hair. Also, asked for a trim but they cut the whole bunch of hair instead. Honestly now my hair looked like an uneven broom! And on top of that, it is dry like grass in a desert! The management should train their staff properly before they ruined other people’s life. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this saloon!

I did hair relaxing and loved loved loved the results! The hair stylists were friendly and nice. Good job to Litz and her assistant (which I forgot to ask her name).
