Excellent nursery my son has behavioural issues and suspected asd and went through a period of biting. They did everything possible to assist and keep him in the setting. The staff are very friendly and really accommodating. Highly recommend

My daughter loves it here she has really enjoyed her time here and loves when 'auntie Rachel' picks her up from school. I haven't had any bad experience and I'm shocked to see the other reviews as that doesn't reflect on our experience at all.

Wouldnt recommend this nursery to anyone not professional at all! The manager would pick my daughter up half hour late every day, after the school informed me she challenged the teachers!! Also my boy told me her son who 11 use to slam his head into the floor when asked about this she called my son a liar even tho my daughter said it did happen(she 5 and was also there) My son age 3 apparently picked a chair up threw it across the room hurt a 5 year old boy a graze on the back of his head (not condoning his behaviour) but this did happen while in there care how ever i was paying in advance and the owner(even tho its in her partners name)refused to give me the weeks money back which was 200.

Omg the comment below sounds exactly the same as what happened to me and my little ones defo would not recommend them to anyone!! My son as really bad speech problems so couldn't tell me what was happening he hated going and my daughter would tell me the manager son (dylan) would hit my boys head in to the floor when I asked the manager elenor about this she's say my daughter was telling fibs and dylan would never do such a thing!! (at the time I didn't know dylan was the manager son) plus wouldn't pay me my money that I payed a week in advance back and threatened to inform social services about my boys behaviour so I informed them myself as this threat worried me!!! My boy gets very frustrated because he carnt comunicate they was aware of this before he started!! Manager lies to you face... I would never leave my children with anyone again this total bad experience as worried me sick... I have give one star because there are 2 lovely staff there ria and Carly wish there was more like them
