Absolute awful management. Repeatedly asked for pest control to be told to \pour hot water on them\. Had brown recluses, no pest control called out either. A sewage pipe burst and filled our entire downstairs, which was fixed, but on two other occasions the downstairs flooded with sewage. Three times. The AC unit sounds like a train, so don't bother setting up a living room unless you wear headphones. They also tried to charge me with a fee when I moved out for ot informing them\ even though I didn't sign the lease - that is illegal under GA law.

Guilt Trip

Waste of time. Dont bother. I am relocating to the area from 700 miles away. I set up a tour for 930am on a Monday. I was running late to I decided to call and let them know. Patrick answered and said he \had no appointment tours on the calendar\, he has esidents griping about other things\, and he is there alone. Basically, whoever made my appt didnt really schedule it and Patrick was too busy to help. Typical Athens customer service.

Love this neighborhood! Beverly and Crystal in the office are always so welcoming and helpful with any problems we have and solve them in a timely manner. Jerry, the maintenance man, is competent, skilled and always has a smile on his face everyday. I’ve lived here for three years and haven’t had an issue that couldn’t be effortlessly solved.

The application process and move in was fairly stress free. The unit was really clean and the grounds well maintained. The resident portal app is a great feature as well
