My first-time experience with laser hair removal with Pavnit was amazing!!! First of all - long before I became a client Pavnit spent so much time answering all of questions, helping me understand laser hair removal, as well as helping me figure out how to achieve results in the different areas I wanted and have it work for me financially. Once I went for my first appointment, I was only more impressed! She’s extremely friendly and professional (also taking a many precautions related to COVID). It was fast and painless - I had previously done at home IPL and it was painful so I was expecting some discomfort, but there was none! The spa room itself is very clean and relaxing. I’ve had no side-effects from treatment which is great, but when I followed up with some additional questions after treatment she was quick to respond and addressed every inquiry with so much care and patience, even when I had what I consider too many questions! I’m so excited to continue treatment with Serene Beauty and Spa and see my results!!

This was my first time getting laser hair removal and Pav made the process so easy! She is extremely knowledgeable and has never hesitated to answer any of my questions about how it works, when it’s most effective, the machine, etc - I’ve learned so much from her! The machine she uses inflicts very minimal pain and I already saw noticeable results after the first session. I originally came across her business on an Instagram post and I’m very impressed with her professionalism and service :) Would highly recommend to anyone!

I’ve been going to Pavnit for laser hair removal for about a year and can say, with all honesty, that she’s amazing. Her experience and qualifications show in her work and her equipment is new and the best for hair removal. I did a lot of research before making an appointment and she was happy to answer all my questions thoughtfully. She’s continued to be honest with her services - she’s had me skip a session when she’s felt that I should hold off. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for experience, results and trustworthiness!

This is my first time getting laser done and I went into my first session with zero information. Pav is so knowledgeable about what she does and always answers all the questions i ever have. She is so sweet and extremely friendly. I am 4 sessions in and the results i have seen are amazing. Definitely recommend 100% for all laser and facials needs :)

Amazing spa!! Offers a wide variety of services and very flexible when booking appointments. Personally, I get laser hair removal done all over my body and I am seeing great results with just a few sessions!! Pavnit is very kind and has a lot of knowledge about all the services she provides and is always willing to answer any questions asked. She’s great :) !

Pavnit is great! I've been doing laser hair removal treatments and the results so far have been amazing. Also all the hairs are gone but the hairs that do grow back are super fine and almost not visible
