Joey is the Conceirge at Serenity, and is the most amazing human ever. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and get what they need to feel right at home. Joey made the pandemic seem like just a minor inconvenience with making sure the quadruple influx of packages and maintenance requests were handled properly and timely all by himself! The service he provides is nothing but exceptional and above and beyond. So lucky to have him in our lives.

Everyone is Serenity is so friendly and personable. I have been living on the property for about 3 years now and the overall experience has been amazing. Everyone from the concierge to the maintenance staff has been exceptional. In my experience, maintenance requests have never taken more than 48 hours to complete. And the amenities are great too. The property has pools, computer room for printer needs, and even a movie theater room. I have never lived on a property with a concierge that was so personable helpful. He has gone above and beyond his duty with friendly reminders of upcoming property events, mail notifications, and customer service.

The one star is actually a negative one star. DO NOT be fooled by the exterior of this apartment community. The most unprofessional leasing office we ever had to deal with (Porche and Angela) so call managers. I highly recommend getting all communication in writing from this leasing office. HABITUAL LIARS. No SECURITY, CARS vandalized in a so called secure parking garage and the abundance smell of WEED in the parking garage and hallways. If you live next to residents that smoke the smell will drift into your apartment through the bathroom and living room vents. Not worth the money. There are other apartment communities near by that are 100% better with a PROFESSIONAL leasing office.

I've been living on this property for about a year (I live on the villas side) and I often go to the Serenity side of the property to pick up packages and do some administrative stuff and every time has been way more than pleasant! All of the office staff (Sierra, Kandice, Angela, and Porche) have always been more than accommodating when I've had any issues. They have all been super friendly and easy to communicate with. The concierge, Joey, has also been an amazing person. Always a smile on his face and always puts a smile on my face. I highly recommend this area to live and this complex as well to any of my friends.

Constant fire alarms that go off with 0 explanation as to why. Would be nice to kick repeat offenders for smoking out. The constant smell of weed is annoying and has been an issue for years. Go somewhere else for a quiet and drug free complex.
