Updating the birth records is not happening in time. Birth Records of October and 8th December were not updated till 6th Jan. Simply they are diverting every one to use the Mee seva facility.. especially Serilingampally south GHMC office

Employee gives contact of brokers.. they need extra money. I visited for property tax name change.. that lady gave contact of broker. She doesn't respond to any questions. You don't even know who is employee or who is broker.. Below document has list of items checked for property tax name change...

Beware of guard there. He is in 50s and sits without uniform. He is kind of corrupted . He will not let you in without anything. He also doesn't wear any mask. He also gives wrong information Officials please take action against people atleast make community corruption free

Clean place but staff there don't follow their working hours. I went there for birth certificate but then waited their for 3 hour only to know required staff is gone to other place & will not becoming here. Other staff with birth certificates forms was incapable of doing thing & ideling(doing nothing) for whole 3hours I was there. And ofcourse arrogant people.

Submitted documents for death certificate one month ago but no response from authorities...visited 3 times but no inspection for verification done yet, staff is irresponsible. Highly disappointed.
