Great customer service! Made an appointment online, which was very easy to do. Rob provided help in getting my car serviced and addressing a recall on my vehicle. While waiting for my vehicle, was able to enjoy a good cup of coffee in a comfortable lounge. I also received a “ random act of kindness” from Lee, General Manager, while waiting. Everyone here seems really glad you chose them for your vehicle service. I’m glad too!

So our story starts 5 months ago when we got a 2017 Chevy Equinox from Serra Mazda. Great deal, loved our SUV. With no prior warning, it blew it's engine going down the highway. Had it taken to nearest Chevy dealer for diagnostics to see what happened and if it was salvageable. The dealer put together a deal for a new vehicle that wasn't in our budget. We decided that we had such a good experience with Mazda, we'd go back and tell them what happened and see if they could help. In comes Dennis from Serra Honda! He and Judy, along with our salesperson Morgan were an absolute delight to work with! Not only did they help us get into a vehicle we could afford, but would support the negative equity we had from the Chevy. Never will we shop anywhere else now. This team of people are absolutely the best in the industry! And we are pleased to say we bought from Serra Honda!
