Great place to buy a car! Everyone we talked to was super nice and ready to assist in any way they could. I first expressed interest in a truck at their dealership, online, at 12:30am on a Saturday night. By 12:45am they had already gotten in contact and arranged for me to speak with a salesman first thing Monday morning. I found that pretty unbelievable. And speaking of the salesman, Paul Deblanc was great! I would highly recommend him if you're in the market for a new Toyota. After I figured out exactly what options I wanted in my new Tacoma, I realized they didn't have one in Decatur. Sent Paul a picture of the truck, and he made one appear there that afternoon. Like I said, great guy to have in your corner when you're car shopping. All around, buying a new vehicle from Serra Toyota in Decatur was a breeze.
