Service Brothers are my HERO! It has been a nightmare trying to get my microwave fixed by another company! They told me they would have to replace several parts and it would be very expensive unless I had a warranty, which I did not. I paid them and then never saw them again. When I finally got a live person on the phone after several weeks of calling, I was told they couldn’t help me and suggested I call another repairman - I was never refunded a dime. Over 3 months later, I am fed up and still have a microwave that is unusable. So, I called Service Brothers Appliance Repair. Glad I did!!! They showed up at my home 2 days later and had my microwave fixed in less than 20 minutes! No expensive parts were required and the total cost was less than 100. These guys are worth their weight in gold. Thank you so much, SB for solving our problem and treating us with such kindness! Do yourself a favor and HIRE SERVICE BROTHERS APPLIANCE REPAIR!

Tim was very helpful and professional. He was totally honest and upfront about the refrigerator repair. Service fee was reasonable and I appreciate not having to spend 80 to find out my fridge part is discontinued. We have used them twice now and we will use them again and recommend them to others!

I wish we would have found this company a long time ago. When I called 01/04 about my refrigerator, I was expecting it to be a couple of days before they could make it out but they were here later that day. They determined what the problem was and had the part to fix it the next day. The tech was professional yet friendly and explained everything clearly. We will definitely be using Service Brothers again if anything should come up and we will be referring them to friends and family also. Keep up the good work!!!!

Called and received a quote for 125.00 to diagnose my refrigerator issue and 45.00 per hour plus parts to repair said refrigerator. Service tech came out and diagnosed the issue as a bad control board and told me that the part was no longer available and I would have to purchase a new refrigerator. Tried to charge me 170.00 - when I took issue with being charged for an hour of repair labor when they didn't repair anything to their credit they removed the excess charge. I subsequently found that a replacement part was available and called the company back to report such. I was told someone would contact me - that was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that call. Update: After my review was published the owner Ryan called me and explained how a misunderstanding had occurred because my ticket had been marked as closed so he had no way of knowing that I had never been contacted. I appreciated his response to my concern and that level of customer service would definitely make me more comfortable to use them for future repairs if needed.
