I was visiting from California and rented a bike in Gossau to go on some long rides. Long story, but the bike broke when I was 65km into a ride. I was still 25km from where I was staying and had no way to get back. I found Patrick on Google Maps and walked my bike to his shop. He greeted me nicely and when I told him my story he fixed my bike right there! He saved me!! I highly recommend Patrick and his Service Center P. Laub. If there were more people like Patrick, this world would be a better place
