The staff was great!!! My visit started with an extremely informative showing of all the options available. Initially, I had not planned on purchasing a car, but left with a new vehicle that my wife and I felt great about. The employees made me feel comfortable and gave me the best information for me to make a informed decision. I was not pressured or felt as if I had to choose a car that day or even with them and this went along way in my comfortableness to make a educated purchase based upon the data and facts alone.

So far Five Stars and David, one of the service guys, is just amazing. We had to drive from Alexandria because Walker GMC doesn't perform Chevrolet warranties, and Southern Chevrolet is just beyond horrible! So, here we are, in Lafayette, and the truck is being well taken care...so, no matter where you are, it's definitely worth the drive!

This was not my first purchase with Service Cadillac and they of course did not disappoint. The top-notch service they offer is untouchable. They completely catered to us on every level. At first, we were going to have a car delivered and they did everything possible to make that happen before we fell in love with the one on the showroom floor. Taylor, our sales person was very knowledgeable about the car and gave us great detail about the features each car had to offer. In the end they allowed us to test drive the one on the showroom floor which of course made us feel very special. Kevin, the sales manager did an amazing job making the numbers work for us and answering any and all questions we had. Teddy, the finance manager made the signing process easy and smooth. In the end we are very happy with our purchase and I am sure we will be back in the future. Both Taylor and Kevin checked in with us the day after our purchase to ensure we were happy with everything and we were enjoying the car. Thanks to Service Cadillac for another amazing experience!

Brad Vice was spectacular. I wasn't not confident in myself that I would get approved for the purchase of my 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer. And Brad Vice worked his magic and got my in my new vehicle. I am extremely please. With the service I received all the way around with the team at Service Chevrolet. With me being handicap I was not rushed for anything and was even offered bottled water. Which in my situation was very much needed. I want to give many thanks to Brad for his service and the guy in finance which I hadn't caught his name but was very helpful and explained the benefits of getting the extended warranty. This was the first time I have ever bought the extended warranty on any of the new vehicles I have bought. And this is my fourth brand new vehicle I've purchased two of which was bought at service Chevrolet but in the old building on Cameron St. Thanks again for the service. I will be back in years to come.
