Service First has done an amazing job installing our A/c and gas furnace system. Jody provided us a competitive quote and was polite, courteous , knowledgeable and very patient in answering all my detailed questions. He was very proactive in providing me useful information to help make my decision. Dan and team were AMAZING ! They were right on time, very professional, courteous , efficient and friendly ! They are knowledgeable and the installation was performed very smoothly. Sandie took care of the warranty registration and also sent me the completed rebate forms promptly As residents of Newtown, we believe in supporting local businesses and we highly recommend them !

Heater wasn’t working so called for emergency service . Was They called back immediately and Jody was at my house within the hour. He was very polite and kept me informed with everything he was doing. He was able to clean parts and diagnose the problem . He didn’t have the part on his truck but made arrangements for the part to be brought in and have me scheduled for the next day to complete .

Tom was very knowledgeable & professional. He arrived in a timely manner, correctly diagnosed issue (flame sensor), & repaired heater. Repair was also priced fairly. I would definitely recommend Service First & Tom. Don't hesitate to call them with issues. All my concerns were addressed. Jim
