I have been having check engine light issues for years on my vehicle. Almost every time the code has been bank one too lean. I have a dealership I trust and other locations I have used but none of them have been able to solve the issue. Until now. Service Street diagnosed the problem quickly and decisively then ordered the part, an auxiliary vacuum pump, and installed it today. They provided Lyft service so I didn't have to wait. Everything was very reasonable, professional and most pleasant. I haven't felt this good in years about having my car serviced. And while I don't like car repairs any more than anyone else does, I have to say I'm looking forward to going to Service Street the next time I need my car serviced. I highly recommend them.

It's about time for another oil change which reminded me I needed to come back and review service street. I came in for an oil change, and to receive a quote for some other work to my diff mounts and prop shaft. First of all be wary of how many 5 star reviews are on here due to their 5 off policy. I think many people might still leave 5 star reviews because they mean it, but plenty of people seem motivated by the discount. Not sure if this is allowable in Google's TOS. I did get my oil changed. There was an issue with my splash guard getting busted (from, I believe, bottoming out driving the vehicle onto one of those \alignment\ lifts as opposed to one of the swinging arm lifts). They fixed the splash guard the next morning without a hassle. The job was completed which is why this is a 3 star review. They never did reach back out to me about the other work I was trying to get quoted. The employees were nice. I would get a beer with them, but unfortunately I will not trust this facility with my vehicle again. I wouldn't recommend them to family or friends either.

I called an hour before I came and they told me to come on in. I was in and out, the oil change took maybe 20 mins. The waiting room was nice and didn’t feel like the typical mechanic shop. The restroom was clean and smelled nice, they have a customer out of me.

Technicians are super nice and helpful. I came for an oil change and also for a tire plug because of a nail in my tire. I only gave four star because the assistant manager wasn't helpful when I told him I was unsure of what oil to use for my car. He said he wouldn't know and shrugged. I thought that was a strange response for an auto repair shop...
