ServiceMaster conducted the water mitigation from a backed up sewage line. Everyone was professional and courteous. At each point in the mitigation process, they communicated with me so that I was aware of everything going on and had no surprises. They worked directly with the insurance company and I have had no issues at all. I am very happy with the ServiceMaster team.

Experience with Service Master seemed liked it was going to be a good one until they returned my furniture that was removed and packed away after a flood in my home. My dresser was completely ruined and literally falling apart after they returned it to my home. When I spoke with customer service she just stated they are not responsible for that \type\ of furniture. They did well cleaning my home however when it comes to pack outs and moving furniture I suggest finding a professional company that specializes in moving and not one that over charges just to damage your property.
