Our hot water leaked covering most of our basement. I called Servicemaster Pro on Saturday and they were here right away. EB came with a smile on his face, was very professional, courteous and well-mannered. He extracted all the water, set up the fans and dehumidifiers and hauled away our damaged items. Abby, Libby, Jimmy and EB were wonderful to work with. Servicemaster made a bad situation very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs. Their Customer Service is is of the highest quality.

I had a sewage backup in my laundry room/family room connected that splashed sludge to the far side of my family room,under baseboard, on lounge sofa ,area rug & padding, and many other items in laundry area & family room. 1inch deep water& sewer sludge. Enter 2 amazing guys from Service Master/ Landisville/Salunga,Pa.. EB and Sean are unbelieveably pleasant, careful, efficient to an OCD level,as I am. They disinfected the whole area Twice! Including under crawl space entry over 8ft where I store all my supplies, tools, cleaning items etcetcetc. Took. everything ruined, out in bags.2nd day they removed all heavier destroyed items. Sofa etc. Came back again after cleaning and disinfecting everything,and brought back crawl space items to front for my easy access. Oh, AND they took tons of pictures& measurements for my Insurance Company,And made a "special" trip to my 19607 address( they're from Lancaster area) just to give me real color photos of everything,before and after( Compliments of Abigail/ Owner of this Service Master,for my own reference. If I could give EB and Sean a 10 STAR rating,I would! I'm old and live alone,and couldn't do anything.THEY DID IT ALL! KUDOS to you,gentlemen! YOU deserve a raise! When a fire occurred in my condominium ServiceMaster responded immediately- they were on the phone with me to help calm me down and reassure me that everything would be fine.
