NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, I called service master that handles the Leesburg, fl area twice, granted the 1st time I called it was close to 5:00 PM but still before I wanted to get an estimate and set up an appointment for a clean but seeing it was close to 5 I told the gentleman that answered the pone that it would be alright to call me in the morning, he assured me he or a technician would. I waited 2 days and called Wednesday 10/12/2018 and spoke to the receptionist that answers the phone. I told her that I had not gotten a call returned to me from my 1st request, she said she was sorry and that I would be sure to get e a call post haste, NO CALL so this morning I called and told them that their customer service is poor and this is not a way to increase customer presence and traffic. I also told him I would not be using their service, hence the review.
