Dave Clark and his team a great job for cleaning a basement and then giving ideas on how to make my basement look great. I took their advice and the basement looks great. Also, Dave put me in touch with other contractors who were just as professional and did quality work as Service Master did. I would definitely recommend Dave and his team to friends and family as well as use them again.

We used ServiceMaster of Aurora for a residential basement restoration. We had mold that needed mitigating, years of dust and spider webs everywhere. We hired ServiceMaster of Aurora to do several things: 1). Mold Mitigation, 2). ceiling cleaning and painting, 3). wall washing and painting, 4). floor cleaning and painting. All done to perfection. The staff was amazing and my basement is now inhabitable! Thank you!

We had some work done in our house and needed a cleanup crew bad. Dust was everywhere. The team from ServiceMaster arrived on-time, incredibly professional and did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and cleaned everything top to bottom. We have 20 foot ceilings in one room and they still managed to get it all. If you need a deep clean we highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend ServiceMaster of Aurora. We had a tricky situation; arranging the cleaning of a condo from 2,000 miles away while the owner was in the hospital, during COVID. David took the time to do an onsite estimate complete with photos and videos. He then worked with us to get the services we needed now and listed what we can put off until we sell in a few months. His services included hauling off unused furniture, broken TVs, etc. We put our trust in him as we gave him the keys and let him have full access. We relied on his assessments. Our trust was well placed. The condominium is in far better condition than it has been since first purchased. He even got rid of a lingering odor that was there when purchased. We are very happy that we found David with ServiceMaster.
