ServPro just continues to be the best! Who else can you call late Friday afternoon for a foul sewer backup and they have it all taken care of and cleaned up by 11 pm? All with a great attitude! In fact, they kept thanking me for calling them. You won't go wrong with ServPro.

If you are looking for a professional company that stands behind their word, then don’t use this company. I called this company on a weekend and one of their Managers told me to call back through the week to speak to someone to get a quote for services. I spoke to a female who answered the phone, but didn’t get her name. Yes, that was my fault for not getting the name of the person I spoke too. However, I asked her how much would it cost for the services that I was requesting. She provided the quote. I was happy with the quote, and left my name for someone to return my call. No one bother to call. I had to call several times to speak to someone. After, finally getting in touch with someone, I was provided a higher quote. One of the Managers stated the quote was in correct and that was for another service. I was mislead with this company and tried to find out who was the individual who provided the quote. This company makes up excuses when you call. They never follow back up. Communication is horrible.! Please don’t use this Company if you are a Minority! S. Coleman

Clean up was on time. However, the reconstruction dept is awful. They don't return calls. Three months after water damage to my house and they still have not even done an estimate for reconstruction. Edit: My new contractor has discovered growth. So apparently, mitigation dept is worthless too.
