During Topical Storm Eta our home in Boynton Beach sustained water damage to part of our drywall. I was recommended to Adam Greenstein at ServPro of East Davie and Cooper City by our insurance agent, a long time family friend. Adam promptly returned my message and offered an appointment time for the next day. He thoroughly inspected our wall and ran a mold test that contrasted the mold counts inside our house and compared that to an outside reading. A couple of days later he emailed the lab's report which fortunately comported with his visual finding of no mold problem. It is rare to find this kind of service and professionalism and I would advise anyone suspecting a mold problem to call Adam.

We had a water hose burst behind our kitchen cabinets. There was a lot of flooding on the floor and in the cabinets. Servprov came that day and found the problem and temporarily repaired the hose. The person in charge explained ahead of time what they were going to do, and helped us through this very terrible kitchen disaster. They started drying the area and removing the damaged walls and cabinets. The workers were fast, neat and very knowledgeable. I was so happy I called them! AF

COVID clean up and fogging. We found out on a Sunday night that one of the workers in our facility tested positive for COVID. I called ServPro immediately on Monday morning and within an hour someone was at our location to clean and spray the offices that the infected person had been in. The quality of service and response to our urgent needs was wonderful. Sharon in the office was extremely professional and the first time we used them she explained the products and sent documentation to ease our concerns about chemicals.
