Nico and his team came out in the middle of the night to clean up water from the hot water tank. John Haney provided us a fair estimate and worked with the insurance company to help us get the repairs he thought should be covered. His team was prompt and did a great job with the repairs.

This is my review of the job you recently completed at my home. Let me say that I did not like one of your workers giving me a form to fill out about the service I received, while he stood there in front of me. I was not trueful on that form. I enjoyed working with John. I don't know who was responsible for scheduling all the work but they did not do a great job. There were many days when no work was done and no one showed up. I caused some of the problem as we had to wait for a new shower door I ordered and when it came it was damaged so had to reorder. All in all it took 3 months to complete the work. Some homes are built in 3 months. Some of the painters knew nothing about painting. Very sloppy work and much had to be redone. Things like using tape to block off areas that would not receive paint. Finishing areas around the moldings on doors and windows. The wood floor staining had the same problem. Stain wound up at bottom of many of the door moldings which had to be painted afterwords. Then, more importantly, I felt I couldn't trust you with regards to the work completed. If I hadn't been here to see what was going on, you would have charged me for things you didn't do in the bathroom and shower area. You wound up giving me credit on those items but I had to complain before getting the credit. I believe your estimate said you'd replace the subfloor in the bathroom/shower but that was not done.I forgot to mention this to John. I've worked with your office twice and frankly if I had another claim I'm not sure I'd call on your company again. Show original message
