I called the office and told them we had an odor in our Lake house and couldn’t identify where it was coming from, but, we were worried about maybe having a mold issue. The woman I spoke with said they don’t do anything until there’s been an inspection that includes air quality tests. She the referred me to a guy they use frequently. I contacted the guy and he was able to inspect our house within a couple of days. He gave me an initial report the day after the inspection. He had the results of the air quality test and told me our upstairs readings were elevated for mold and our downstairs readings were dramatically higher. He said he would have a written report, including pictures for us early the next week. I asked that he share them with ServPro as soon as he could, which he did. I called the ServPro office the day I and they received the report (the report cost me over 400, by the way). I asked if they could get someone to our house right away, as we were quite concerned about the mold issue. The woman I spoke with said she couldn’t say when anyone could get out to our house since they had two or three mold jobs going on at that time. She also said she would have to find someone who wasn’t already busy to review our report and the.they would call me back. The tone of every conversation I had with anyone at the ServPro office was as if they didn’t really care about my problem and I guess they don’t care, I’ve never received a call back from them about the report they said they had to have and That I paid over 400 to get. My last conversation with them has to have been about three weeks ago, they need not ever call.
